Shaman Chocolates. Sweet mother - what an amazingly complex flavor! I'm so hooked, though I keep trying to ration myself to one or two sections a day. The dark is only 60% cacao, but it's gooooood. And it's all fair trade and organic and stuff, which is also nice.
