Thu, March 29, 2007 - 12:21 PMmmmm... tariff free chocolate... oh, wait, the "free" in north american free trade agreement isn't actually free, we still tariff the hell out of anything with sugar in it. means they won't be exporting any of that chocolate made in mexico back to america.
